Request for Proposal
Please submit as detailed as possible description of the software/hardware solution that you need. You should try to define as good as possible 2 major issues:
• Functional Design : what is the functionality of the application that you need. This should include your understanding of the flow of information within the requested application (what comes in and what goes out); and description of the interfaces to any existing systems, the requested application is exchanging information with.
• Application Design : as detailed as possible description of how the requested application should look like. Ideally, you would provide screen shots of as many of the application pages as possible. Your corporate design and identity guidelines will be required.
Our Proposal
Our methodology implies an individual approach to every project. Based on the information provided in your request for proposal, we will submit to you a proposal together with a project plan.
Smooth progress
Our methodology unifies the iterative system development process and the communicative process. We believe that the following success factors would be critical to achieving the proposed goals:
Single point of accountability – The TTechGroup application development team is formed depending on the project requirements and is led by a single Program Executive. The TTechGroup Program Executive maintains contact with the lead decision maker appointed to work with TTechGroup on the particular initiative to:
• Provide executive oversight and accept full responsibility for all the project deliverables
• Provide regularly scheduled updates on project progress
• Monitor all significant production problems and issue escalations if required
Continued delivery of services – During the post implementation period, the Program Executive ensures that further change requests are being addressed promptly. The Program Executive is in charge of expanding the project scope and redirecting the approved change requests to the Service Delivery team.
