Calls Logs

     Provides your agents with various calls logs such as:
  • Missed Calls
  • Unanswered Calls
  • Received Calls
  • Initiated Calls
  • The various calls logs are available for all users, user groups and user endpoints. All calls logs are available from date to date and can be sorted by various call parameters such as: caller id, time of call, number called, call price, etc.

    Voicemail Logs

    History of all voicemail messages is kept. Each voicemail message can be downloaded as WAV file format manually or send to an email address automatically. Customizable voicemail messages views are available from date to date.
