Billing Management

     Provides your agents with professional per user and per user endpoint telephone billing.
Companies typically spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on telephone calls without being able to analyze, track down or control expensive calls.
The TTech IP-PBX has placed highly functional and scalable Billing functionality allowing to bill calls depending on the duration of the call, time of the day, day of the week, dialed number, etc. and delivers that information to agent desktops using an Internet Browser. Call records and the cost associated with each call can be viewed and sorted in various forms from date to date.
The Billing administrator can create various billing policies for different groups of users, user endpoints and dialed destinations. Based on the accounting rules assiciated with each price definition for a given extension inside the billing policy, for each call a transaction between accounts is generated. All account transactions are handled by the Accounting module.
