     Managers, administrators, resellers or even customers may define many different account types. Account types are created easily and the different properties allow selling almost any kind of traffic service.

Each account has the following properties:
A) Rate – download rate in Kbit/s;
B) Bound rate – maximum rate in Kbit/s (burst) the user is allowed if free capacity is available;
C) Minimum rate – minimum rate in Kbit/s to which the user may be demoted in case of over limits;
D) Allowed download bytes – the amount of allowed data transfer per user period;
E) Threshold – the part of the period download allowed with no rate reducing. After that limit is reached a special algorithm for rate determination is applied;
F) Access list – each account type may contain a large number of access definitions with their own properties including rate, bound rate, minimum rate, allowed bytes and threshold. They are valid for specified periods of the day, wildcard for day of the week (any day, work days, holidays). A special multiplier value allows selling cheap or expensive bytes. Any access definition can be overridden if a certain limit is reached. The system will automatically find the first possible access definitions;
G) Price;
H) Activation and disable dates – an account may be created and activated or disabled at a specified time in the future. This enables the managers to keep policy as flexible as possible;
