Bullot Technology
TellusTech is the creator of the original information system for the Bulgarian Sports Lottery BULOT™ that covers more than 2 000 points of sell and processes over 1.5 million documents weekly since 1994. At present the company develops a similar system for the Bulgarian State Lottery.
Bullot Technology is protected in Republic of Bulgaria with patent No 099278. An international application for patent is handed under reg. No RCT/BG95/00013

GIS-Tellus 2.x – Geographic Information System

Overview: GIS-Tellus 2.x corresponds to the newest world standards and trends in the field of GIS/LIS and CAD. The System is developed using the big experience of more than 100 companies and organizations - members of TELLUS club, gained during the land reform in Bulgaria 1992 - 1997 with the means of Tellus 1.x.
Tellus 2.x uses relational databases for storage of graphic information. Unspecified database can be used, for which there are ODBC or DAPI drivers, for example Oracle, Informix, Sybase, Paradox, Btrieve as the non-graphic information can be stored in database as well, which don't support long binary fields. Unspecified inquiries are kept in the databases through SQL.
Tellus 2.x fulfils non - standard mixed SQL-graphic inquiries as well (sections, unions, belonging, neighboring, remoteness, mutual properties as area or perimeter).
Vast number of monochrome, halftone and True Color raster of image layers is kept (aero photos, satellite images and all sorts of digital data from the scanning). The raster images are transformed in real time to the selected co-ordinates.
The system comprises development and moulding language. The dialect of Lisp - Scheme of Texas Instruments is chosen. TellusScheme covers entirely the standards of the language. An interface is created for enlargement of the module system, written in high-level language and compiled to DLL.
GIS-Tellus™ 2.x has won gold medal in 1997 at the International Technical Plovdiv Exhibition.
TSJ-02 – A0+ Scanning complex

Overview: TELLUS SCAN Jet (TSJ-02) Scanning complex for creating precise raster binary or semi-tone images of graphic and other materials (such as satellite-photos, aero-photos, maps, drafts and other graphic materials). TSJ-02 Scanning complex operates through the following hardware:
Sensor head with CCD-matrix image transducer;
Processing system with video controller and monitor for semi-tone and graphic images;
Controller following the motion along X and Y axes;
Input, starter and reducer;
TSJ-02 operates with TellScan software product for:
Motor and video system control;
Basic mathematical processing of video images;
Graphic format conversion.
TSJ-02 is the second version of the TellScan 1.x project.
AirPhoto – 3d surface modeling & image processing system

Overview: AirPhoto permits building of functional three-dimensional model of the area on the base of unspecified supporting net, horizontal lines, stereo photos etc. The model can be used by all subsystems of Tellus 2.x
AirPhoto has Diploma from Hemus’96 military exposition in May 1996
