5. General description of a Regional Centre
Fig. 5. shows a general structure of a Regional Centre for processing. Such centres, have been implemented in Sofia, Stara Zagora, Shumen, Veliko Tarnovo and Pleven. The internal terminals mainly provide the processing of the manually received vouchers.
